i got lucky!!
i was going to take mis..dot's advice and get a teacher but the 1 i knew i could rely on wasn't in. so when end of the day came i was walking out of school as fast as possible when he jumped me from behind, i turned and told him i wasn't fighting and continued walking and he hit me again, this time though my temper got the better of me and i turned and punched him back, he headbutted me and i did a judo throw to him that made him land on his back and then i dropped on 1 knee straight to his chest which winded him, he managed to kick the back of my head and that was when the teacher arrived! oh s**t i thought to my self at this point! 
BUT it turns out that 1 of the deputy rectors watch the main gate each day and so mr speirs saw the whole thing, chris got suspended for 3 days and i got detention for 1 day 
!
what made it even better was the fact that people now know i can fight if i have to!!

he has been dealth with, and you have proven that if you get attacked they will get hurt....
should be enough to prevent similar experiences in the future, only potential is this guy wanting revenge... if that does happen, since you have chosen this course of events, then take him down HARD. this will destroy his reputation and remove you from any bully 'victim' list

that's exactly what i thought, what made it even more likely was the fact that the school receptionist is his mum so i reckon he will want revenge and if that happens i'm ready for him ive already thought of a where and a when that won't get us into trouble via school!!
