...I don't have time to write in at length , but , yesterday , I found out that , briefly:
My main doctor from the Respite shelter who was supposed to tell the Library I was in the hospital for the scheduled tribunal/" trial " , apparently did the bare-est minimum ~ Also claiming that he told my worker at HOT about it , although recently that schizy (Sorry) worker ewas claimimng he'd never heard of the whole issue when in fact we'd spoken about it when I was in the hospital and he said he'd call ~ and , the Respite doctor then siad he wouldn't bother with me anymore , since I was out of there ~ He actually said " Have your people take care of it " or similar , with such " Hollywood " cliche I reacted angrily , hanging up w/a " f**k you ! " (leading to another FY at someone in the computer lab leading to me getting banned for the day ) ~ WHAT CAN I f*****g DO ?
Remember , I can , at best , only make very brief , time-limited , calls out in the open at the computer lab , other than that - no phone , no computer . And little computer access now .

...If I haven't spelled this out sufficiently ~ it APPEARS THAT THE NON-FOLLOWING UP OF THE " RESPONSIBLE ADULTS " HAS MADE THE BAN TOTAL . NOW what am I f****n' supposed to do ?????????????????????

...To spell this out again -~ It seems that both of the people I counted on to call the library and tell them (truthfully) that I was i the hospital either did not follow through at all , or just did the minimum/nothing much and now ell me " I'm through , take care of it yourself " . Someone said I should go to the library , when I was told I'd be arrested if I went there or similar , and , anyway , nobody's going , really , to be " in " if I came by .
So , what do I do now ? Get a haircut , I suppose ~ so everyone will love me ?

...My worker did not keep his promise/statement that he would call the Liobrary , and tell them that I was hospitalized .
Now everything's f****d up .

...The worker did , now , arrange another appeal , coming up next tiesday ~ which is too early for me to call and get to see those lawyer people I was given a number for , though I will call them anyway .

...Actually , " nicer " clothes might be ~ well , more obtainable .
I have only , really , two full sets of clothes (plus a " sort-of " semi-additional ne) , meaning what I am wearing + 1 - and Tuesday (that's what I meant) falls kind of at te end of my money cycle/just as I get new money .
I wouldn't mind getting a third set but it would cost money .

If they see that you're making an effort to look better, I don't see why they should continue banning you.

I'd divebomb a seagull or something if I got banned. I have years of overdue books cause I had a nervous breakdown a couple years ago and lost track of everything and I always had around 20 books out, ima pay my fine back eventually but I am still reading the books. I even buy their offcasts if any catch my eye so it's not like they don't profit off me anyway.

Also , some new clothes WOULD cost some money now .
