the captcha monster must have been kinder to you then it has been to me then

it looks like it's a mystery and nobody knows exactly why the captcha thingy on this site works the way it does. probably depends on your posting habits (i've noticed that it tends to be worse at certain times of the day). the times when it asks me to pick storefronts against buildings and billboards are usually the most frustrating. mountains and flowers and street signs are easier

Ahh now I see, Captcha storefronts! And mountains, and flowers and pickup trucks! I've had that too -- my most recent one was "choose all the images with pickup trucks" and some of the photos were so fuzzy, and there was even a vehicle that was half out of the picture -- is that a pickup truck or just the front of a regular SUV or something?

Sometimes I think if I take too long over a post, I get Captcha kicking in.

If you're on about what I think you're on about, and I'm pretty sure you are on about what I think you're on about, then I totally agree.

I've absolutely had enough of my own petulant demographic this month or so, it's driven me insane.
And I really do blame facebook partly. There's nothing like it for instantly broadcasting nuggets of dross - mindless prefab positions to take, through whole demographics, who largely hadn't had the first thought about the subject before that day - like viruses.

Time will even it out. Until the next thing.
