OMG, I hope it was good. Last tea I had was chamomile with sugar and honey at a Nutcracker presentation that I helped the Fort Collins Symphony maestro with a couple of weeks ago, and it was really good, but that sounds like it blows this one out of the water! Yum!

Chamomile, sugar and honey ... what a combination! The chamomile to put you to sleep, the sugar to provide a quick burst of energy! Honey does both at the same time, I think?

As for my honey, I'm fortunate that Amish Country is just a short drive from where I live.
And coconut milk is becoming real popular here ... Sure it costs a bit more, but it lasts longer than cow's milk in the refrigerator, so I actually end up saving money on milk. Now you know my secret, not as glamorous anymore, is it? But that's okay, the tea still tastes excellent. :D

Yeah, I wanted chamomile to calm myself after the presentation, but I needed some energy to get home (I live four miles from where the presentation was, and I had to bus), so I put sugar and honey in it. Plus, it tasted delicious.

You live near Amish Country? What a coincidence, that's where I was born! :D My whole dad's side of the family still lives there.

So what's everyone up to right now? I'm multi-tasking a bit: watching an old live-stream of some British composer writing an original orchestration while also doing a bit of composing myself, perusing the forums on WP, and playing the original DOOM. (I just hooked up my spare monitor :P)

Sounds like a nice set-up, I gotta boot up and replay some of the classic FPS's sometime. :o

I'm multi-tasking a bit as well; Browsing the web with the main screen in front of me, watching a speedrunner stream on the other screen to my right, and to the left of me is a journal I'm basically writing my life story in as therapy.

Oh, and the radio is on which I'm kind of subconsciously listening to aaand I'm also making tea~ 8)

Ooh...nice. I gotta get back into journaling. Although, I guess that's what music composition is for, because I feel like I can't write in a traditional sense, so I write musically instead as therapy/expression.

Twining's Blackcurrant.

I don't feel like my writing is very good by the standards either but I write for personal reasons and not to impress anyone so it doesn't really matter. It helps bring back memories I've suppressed as well as work through them in my mind and fit all the pieces into place if that makes sense. :P

Wow...I'd like to do that with my music. I think I try to impress too much with it, when I just need to write for me.
