OK cool well cheers, I'm having a beer myself! But I wouldn't recommend booze and spliff as medication for AS!

Ummm, went down the alcohol and opiate road. Cold turkey is not fun and alcohol doesn't take a rocket lighter to see the results of that road. Both are self destructive in my book, just slow suicide. Painful all the way. I do valium on a per needs basis, sometimes it takes a couple per day and then I go long stretches with no need at all. Prozac didn't work very well for me, some others did in the same family but were temporary in duration. Weed and alcohol, got nothing against them, some people can do them in moderation, I'm just one of those that can't. I get into something I like and off I go, no holds barred and I mean no holds. It's a freakin miracle I'm alive at all.
