The thing is that very rarely are you going to convince someone that your point of view is the correct one through this type of debate. I occasionally will share what my beliefs are if it is the context of people opening up and sharing, and I certainly enjoy talking with like-minded people as it is pleasant to converse on a topic we agree on. But message boards like PPR seem to be designed for people to argue - and I really don't like that. I know that people have the right to hold whatever opinion they have, I respect that, I can simply silently disagree - unless I feel that my blood pressure needs a work out or I have more adrenaline than I know what to do with. Ha ha.
