have to admit i've been guilty of stuck perception myself with another person. i mean i never cared he was lots younger than me, as he really was developing faster than average (not trauma, though. just somewhat accelerated person), but i kinda was used to percept him as a schooler, while he actually came of age and over it. still had his label of "smart kid" till his like 23 before it broke to us that he, in fact, is adult. so it would shag off u too the same way. i understand it can be just draining, and i am not giving opinions. i just kinda had grown out of looking at ppl's age. i look at what they write/say, while age, if i see it, is somewhat just a bit of data, that can slip my memory with ease. unless the person in question often mentions it themself. my friends range from early 20s to 60s. and i've seen too many ppl in "adult" age, who ddint know 2 s**ts about life and kept naivity despite having lived twice longer than i. as u pointed, milleage. also maybe, as u had raised this issue, ppl could get more considerate to it and more aware that u need them to revisit their peception of u. after all, a new account would also eraze all the accumulated respect u are commanding here. and that is a lot. even from me, who hadnt seen as much of u as others. i see u as the person, who knows more than most about hard side of life. highly intelligent and competent, which gives weight to his words in my eyes. again, i consider it simply not my place to issue oppinions on the question. if u happen to change account, and i recognize u, i will keep my insight to myself. it wont really matter if u just keep being u here.
