ther is a place for u and i told u where. if only u tried to come there. like, well walk in a metaphorical door and say hello, that sort of thing. then u'd find out u have a place. u just gotta take it. but well, cant and cannot force or push u. im so out of spoons again

as to parents stuff ukno i can relate. my mother being nice to me is one of things that sets off all the f*****g alarms. but that doesnt mean everybody else would treat u the same way.

Well at least I gave myself a break for half of Monday. It reached the point of making me feel physically sick so I emailed my boss, did my errands, went to work late & left early. After that I slept it off from something like 5 until 7:30am + snoozing. While I'm aware that's not necessarily healthy, I'd say my quality of sleep is considerably worse when I don't give myself a ton of time.

It's obvious to me I need to do a lot more to keep up with everyone in my life but I'm clueless where to start. Electronic communication does not really work for itinerant software geeks.

Every time something bad happens, I try to be positive by saying "at least he didn't exterminate me"


The statement is correct but makes me uptight. Like I feel like everyone is going to exterminate my worthless corpse

Seriously though I feel like "most people" grossly overestimate their value
