What about learning impulse control?

You acted aggressively and broke something of value.

I am not saying that you were not justified in feeling angry, only that you need to take responsibility for logging off your phone when your mom or someone else is talking to you and you really do need to learn to respond in a less violent way even if someone says dumb things to you.
