Or how about NTs that say, “they’re only like that because their on the spectrum.”

I run into this a lot. I collect plushies, have Funko Pops, amigurumi dolls and other “childish” objects. I genuinely like those things. Plenty of NTs like those things too.

You do get some who buy into the "Spock" stereotype: "We aspies are less distracted by subjective emotion, so we see through to the core of things...." Ignoring the fact that autistic certainly does not equal unemotional. Also ignoring the evidence from this very forum that so many of us fall for precisely the same brands of mass stupidity as the rest of the population. (CF: every PPR flamewar ever.)

I, however, really am a genius. /s
