Physically I’m doing ok, mentally I’m not good. Life is getting sooo much harder for me. I don’t know how much I can take.

If you have qualify for and/or are receiving any sort of governmental financial support, you can ask for an evaluation for a periodic visiting nurse or aide.
Can make a LOT of difference.
