Is your home area locked down?
If not, are you able to do a couple of quarter mile walks in a day?
Can you open all of your windows for an hour a day?
Breezes can whisk out lingering (and invisible) mold spores, which are SO bad for you.
Keep writing to us, we want to know how you are doing!

It is very rare, indeed, that people are not allowed to go for walks.

At the worst point in NYC, when there were about 700 deaths a day, people still were able to take walks outside their homes.

Yes I can go for walks. I'm fortunate that I live quite close to 3 different parks even though I live in the city.

I keep my windows open for most of the day. I have quite a warm apartment, even in winter. I love the fresh air.

Have you been tested for diabetes? Tired, hot, thirsty and sore eyed is how I feel when my blood sugar levels are too high.

I also get colds and infections really easily and they take a long time to go away.

I'm feeling a lot better thanks.

But now I'm too hyper and have been having panic attacks. Argh. I'm so stressed.

I've got 3 weeks off at Christmas, so hopefully that will do me good.

I think I've figured out what was stressing me out. I'm feeling normal again. Hopefully I won't be freaking out at work next week now I've acknowledged the stress, which wasn't work related nor had anything to do with colleagues. I was transferring the stress onto my interactions with them. The brain is weird.

I think not being around people is exacerbating my communication issues so I'm getting more stressed when I'm forced to interact with people. I can avoid social video calls, but work ones are mandatory.

I think I need to do more social calls and work ones won't feel like such a big deal. Train my brain to not view them as a threat.

Brain training can be difficult , especially it social stuff.

A lot better thanks. I managed to go on a long walk yesterday and stop at a cafe and have an al fresco lunch. Tired today, but it was worth it.
