Glad you’re doing slightly better, Riley

. MBNM that was a good read! Thanks. I cut out coffee altogether once I started having heart palpitations. I used to drink alot of coffee when I was at Uni. It helped me to study back then. Now, I only let myself have a cappucino once in a blue moon as a treat. It pays to be aware of its effects.
Emotional stability is a major problem for those hypersensitive to caffeine.

True. I used to drink tons of tea and coffee in my late teens and early 20s. Gave it up mid 20s and now I'm highly aware that when I do have caffeine I can look forward to a couple of days of low-level misery. Just a general all-pervasive malaise, enough to make me feel like there's nothing to look forward to. It's not good stuff.
Caffeine affects my entire emotional spectrum.
It makes me go nutz.
Except for a bit of chocolate, now and then, I keep off caffeine.
Nasty stuff.
My ADD seems to be a lot worse, however.
It is a trade off.
