No, I can't go back on it. Been off it for q bit. The symptoms are not fun. I wNna push through it so I don't have to again. If I start it again I'm back at square one.

@r00tb33r yes that's probally why.

When I was young, I was given meds that made my anxiety go crazy.
I was trying to crawl out of my skin.
I stopped taking them quick smart.

Are there alternative meds you could take?
What sort of things are you having to endure that you tried meds in the first place?

BTW, Did you do anything/k about your suspected bipolar problem?

Yeah apparently there was a whole bunch of things they suspected me for. The med I used to take checked off those boxes. I didn't know that. Apparently it's for anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression and so on. Plus it's proved to work. The only thing is the withdrawal symptoms. The one I'm on affects two chemicals in the brain and I guess stopping it suddenly was a bad idea. Scratch that terrible idea. Just distracting myself at the moment, so I don't have to think too much about it.

I'm still confused.
How long were you on the meds you just stopped taking?
What symptoms made you stop if it was working?

I am so sorry and worried for you.
Can you at least talk to your doctor on the phone?
That is what frightens me about meds.
Please call your doctor?

Pepe, I have been taking it for a few years.

I don't want to get in trouble for flushing them. I worked hard to get off them and don't want to start over. Calling him, I wouldn't know what to say besides "I screwed the pooch"

I still don't know why you stopped taking the meds after years?
If you don't want to share, you don't have to. [shrug]

OK - it's nothing that you became pregnant now or need for diabetic disease or something like that. There are meds that you should get off very slowly only especially antidepressants. But don't start to worry to much or you'll driving yourself crazy only. Make yourself aware what the problems now are from and calm down and keep a positive thinking. Try to do as much sports as you are just able to do now. Once you are tired as hell because of that and sleeping you'll get faster over the problems. Just be aware that many problems now are just the response of your body to compensate the oppositional effect of the meds. I don't know your problems and can't tell what's best for you and I don't know whether it was an accident or intention. But in doubts contact your doctor tomorrow. Otherwise calm down right now and become resolute as hell and be aware that the problems right now are lowering after several days which can be like the hell of course. I would always prefer a life without relying on drugs myself but I'm for sure not the one who is able to tell what's the best for you.
