Granted, I won't be able to experience it, but I will be remembered as an infamous character in history for actions performed from beyond the grave. I mean, how many men in history have had the honor of causing massive shifts in the course of mankind AFTER they're dead?

No, they all impacted the world while they were alive, and the aftershocks were felt through those who lived through what they had committed. There are very few who are responsible for changing the world after their death.
