So..er... what exactly did you do?

Well, I didn't want to be specific at first about my action, because I didn't know if it was appropriate or not to say here, but I guess it's time for me to be blunt.

My 'efforts' that I put on that tongue depressor....was semenal fluid. I hope I don't get suspended for saying that. -_-

It wasn't courageous, he only confessed so he could get the doctor out of his life. He obviously feels no remorse about the action at all, read his previous posts.

But at least he was "true to himself" by defecating/ejaculating/bleeding on the tounge depressor. Give me a break. Your actions are indefensible, there is absolutely no good reason to have done what you did.

Your novel quote and your "true to yourself" defense can be used to defend ANYTHING, even killing another person. So they mean nothing.
Judgement some? You can't judge him just because of this board. People do dumb things when they're upset.

Your doctor isn't treating you like a kid, he simply wishes for your safety.

It's good that you told what you did. There's no telling if someone would have had an allergic reaction to your fluids.

Look into anger management. You're letting your temper get the better of you. One day SOON you're going to break a law, thinking your justified, and go to jail. And if it's for something like what you described here, you won't get any sympathy from anyone.

Keep "embarrassing" your parents and you could get them fired or they could kick you out. It's a wonder the hospital didn't put them on probation.

I'm not threatening you, I'm telling you what will happen if you don't learn self-control. If you can't do better, you need to let the people who care about you help out, but you have to LET them help you. I hope you find a doctor you can work with who takes the insurance plan.

....what?

On the contrary, MysteryFan3, it doesn't get more of a threat then that....

Believe me, if my parents did kick me out of my home, I wouldn't complain in the least. They never loved me since I turned 21 and SHOULD'VE moved out. Trust me, they were never proud of me to begin with, so I feel there's no more pride FOR them to lose.

Either way, whether it's prison or losing my parents, I don't give a DAMN about myself anymore!! After that incident, I'm nothing more then an excremental smear in the toilet bowl of humanity, ready to take a nosedive down the pipe!

...back, and I'm a lot calmer now.

I've assessed my situation, and at the recommendation of one of my therapist's, I'm going to call the front office of that section of the hospital that my crisis occurred, and give an apology to each person involved in cleaning up after me.

Even though I still have no remorse for my doctor, because frankly, I don't see WHY he should look out for my life.... I am very sorry for all those nurses that had to wash, sterilize and throw out nearly everything in that exam room, costing them maybe hundreds of dollars. And, part of my mother's job involves her going to that section of the building every afternoon and talking to those ladies.

Maybe one day, I'll say I'm sorry to that doctor because he was only trying to 'help' me....but I doubt it.

This is my final update before I finally let this thread die; sorry for having 3 consecutive responses to my own thread, but this has to be said...

As of yesterday afternoon, I officially don't have that doctor as my doctor anymore...I've been released from his patients list. Needless to say, I feel very ambivalent: one the one hand, I'm relieved that I don't have to put up with his goddamn goofy face and condescending attitude anymore. On the other, now it's going to be near impossible to find another doctor that accepts my kind of health insurance, and with budget cuts on the horizon for Maine....let's just say I'd better not get another Crohn's attack in the near future.

That's all I have to say about that...I feel so much better now...heh :?

Do you have any plans to self-manage (can you self-manage Crohns?)
