I know what that feels like.

I used to have an orange and white tabby named Marmalade. He was the first cat that I really loved, and one of the only people that I ever loved. He died at fifteen. We think his kidneys were infected. He stopped eating and drinking, so we took him to the vet. They put him on fluids, but he passed away the next day.

I felt a bit better after we buried him. I guess because I got to say goodbye. It still hurt, though. It still hurts now.

My other cat, Lunar, seems a bit different. She actually hoppped onto my bed this morning, and she usually hates everyone.

I'm very sorry to hear about your loss. Your cat will always be with you.

I also know how it is to lose a cat. Mine was named Squeaker and he died at 15 yrs 7 mo. from cancer.

You did what you could for her, and I'm sure she would thank you for that.
You have my condolances.

I am sooo sorry to hear about your loss. I know how it feels, my cat Cuddles had to be put down in 2006, but he was the ripe old age of 18.

It's a shame that you cat had to go at a young age.

Aw, sorry to hear that.

I'm on the other end of the kitty problem. I've got a mamma kitten (she's not even a year old) nesting on my front porch. Unfortunately I've already got 6 of them thanks to my not being able to turn away strays.
