I can never understand how professionals think we are to take care of our own panic and anxiety and meltdowns between our meetings with them. " Oh, we will see you next week," they chirp "make an appointment with my receptionist" what are we supposed to do between then and now, I wonder?
oh, wait! They can also put me under observation if they want to keep me safe, observe how I am helpless before this depression and fear. Would they reach out and help me?
