Don't talk to your sister, ignore her.
My cousin (we are quite close) did the same but he would say "Ohhh come on, stop it!" and I would not even "whine" I would just tell him I feel a bit crap and he would stand there trying to tell me to stop feeling a certain way.

Story goes I ignored him cuz he wasn't supporting me and I guess he realized he was a cock cuz 3 weeks later he would call and ask me if we wanted to do stuff, I would say yes as if nothing had happen and when he thought he could do it again I gave him a very dark stare and told him to "shut the f**k up" and he would understand he shouldn't talk to me like that.

Normal people are stupid and always pushing it (something we don't do cuz we know boundaries) and need to be taught with a whip and a carrot, with a on top.
