2. I'm really run down with anxiety, completely lost about what I'm doing next semester. I have some hope that the coming year will bring change, but at the same time I'm boggled down with the idea that I'll just fail again. I'm frustrated and just want someone to spell everything out for me so I don't have to work at figuring it out myself!

I haven't slept since Monday thanks to my PTSD, two of my three cats are sick, including my eldest who is goig to vet this afternoon. I fear she may not be with me for much longer, but I know she has had a very good life.

I wish could go to bed right now, but can't, because I need to shower. I feel very antisocial becauseof my PTSD--I just feeling lie withdrawing, but it could be worse.
