Want to sleep but can't (it's 2:20 am). I feel nothing but despair and fear and other things.
My anxiety and illness phobia has made me hypervigilant so I'm noticing things in my body all the time, what doesn't help is I have the common stomach complaints that come with anxiety. And headaches, if I don't get sleep I will have another one. I'm just a mess now.

I cant put a number on it but if I could it would be negative. Anyhow I just want to rant on how my parents dedicate their free time to criticizing and ridiculing me. My dad does it when he is sober and my mom when she's drunk so I get no free time from this crap.
