HelloMeD when I had bad anxiety and isolated I used to think I was under suspicion and was paranoid.The fact is I wasn't under suspicion, I was isolated so had even less information to tell me that than the average person.

HelloMeD you aren't helping yourself by looking up legal information that doesn't apply to you because you have done nothing wrong, you need to block these fears as soon as they come out and not entertain them at all. Try and get some sleep.

He needs to know he is ok, not some complicated legal advice that doesn't apply to him anyway and he is reading into it his fears.

Darrell we are talking at least 12 years gone by right? If your profile is right, and you are now 29, then it had to be at least 12 year years ago that this happened. So the person was under 12? Well, that's not cool, but I am not going there at all! Don't you think if this really happened you would have been in jail by now? I think what you remember is not accurate or you never did anything.

I am not condoning anything you may have done, but I do want you to see the logic of the situation. So much time has passed that even if you are guilty it would be difficult for them to prove anything. Pandd and Metal_Man are really knowledgeable about the legalities, but my experience and logic tells me that there is just no way anyone is preparing a trial.

I think your mom probably doesn't know how to convince you that these people are not after you. It is hard for you to see it, I know. Let us know how it goes with your appointment OK?

maby you are right maby it really hasent happened. i keep getting suggestions from people at work until I got upset. whene people whould always bring up rape and child rape as subjects I may have gotten a little weirded out and thought up somthing in my past as being weirder than I thought. i know that I am not a bad person or a pedophile but There are those that think lowly of me at work and hide it.

How did it go at your appointment?

no new meds no chainge. he is thinking of chainging the invega next time if things are not all right next time

That was still long enough ago that the state is not going to spend the time and money to pursue a conviction.

Are you kidding me? Did you tell him that you are being paranoid? I hope you recognize that you are having extreme paranoid thoughts. How long will it be until your next appointment- another month? Do you think you can go that long with all this stress? This has me really worried!

I told him and he did what he did and I go back next week

sorry if my statements are a little short but I am tired cause i worked last night and spent the day with my mother after going to the srink

im scared right now. I was playing a game but it just keeps flooding into my thoughts that they are going to put me in prison. I am not a bad person. I am not a bad person. why would anybody want to put me in prison. I know that they are there watching me and they intend to put me in prison and I am scared. I dont know why there has been this delay. I dont know why and it scares me. I know that I have made mistakes but nothing that would get me in prison for fourty years. I hope above hope that that doesnt happen. i suppose if a year goes by than I will relax and not worry so much but for now I am still in the stress mode.

All I can say is that they will not put you in prison- just go back and read all the information you have and think about how it doesn't make sense that anyone can do this to you.

Ive looked over the information but I still hear the people next door talking like they are watching me, and I hear things like he thinks hes going to get away and stuff like that every once in a while.

im lonley and scared and upset. I just wish that all of this was over with and nothing happens. I just want to go on with my life and not have legal problems. if I knew then what I know now of the world I would never of made the mistakes I made in the past and I wish that lenency whould be in order from the powers that be but I cant tell if it is the case or not. I am a human and I Make mistakes. I was a troubled child and i am better now. is there no heart beating in those that persecute me? please dont put me away for the restt of my life.

All I can do is reassure you that they are not going to prosecute you now- it just isn't plausible. There are real criminals out there that they need to catch. You are not even on the radar.

yea there are real criminals and this is a small town somthings got to give. I see alll of the thoughts on how they wont this they wont that and I pray but there are other compounding things that I think draw them in to me like porn charges . sorry for taking so long to awsure but I normally sleep during the day cause I am a graveyard shifter

what are the rules for the mentally ill and court? there has to be some reson that they havent come for me. I know that they are there I can hear them
