getting the reports (toxicology, surface autopsy, medical examiner's certificate) from my mother's autopsy at the medical examiner's office on tuesday. there will be no surprises in the reports, but it is an emotional situation nonetheless.

no, it only took 6 weeks or so, but none of us could find the strength or wherewithal to go and get the results until now. we haven't even closed her blog or taken down her facebook page yet.

Ok, thats more understandable. You dont have to turn off her blog or facebook. My 3 friends that died last summer all still have open profiles just so people can still remember them.

?

I feel shell-shocked. I've slept five hours in two days, the rest spent furiously typing code. I'm making too many typos/thinkos, so I might sleep now.

-2 My mood has improved recently. My vegetables are growing well. Still worried about money and benefits cuts/homelessness.

I dont think 6 months is enough to be over something of that stature.

+10. Bored out of my mind though. I hate weekends. Nothing to do. Especially since it's only 10:13 in the morning and can't play any instruments without waking anyone.

God I want my baritone ukulele.
