not because of the diagnosis but because of all the baggage I'm carrying. I'm especially angry because I sought help in many places and many ways over the years and no one caught it until now. I look back over my life and see how being an Aspie has affected all of my relationships and my ambitions. I'm in my late 50's and feeling cheated and I'm especially sad about a lot of the mistreatment over the years, abuse of all kinds. I'm married and have a good relationship with husband but my family has absolutely no interest in me and because of an illness over the last two years I've lost touch with the few friends that I have. So, on a scale of 1-10 I would have to say that I'm in the red, a -10 and probably more.
