-6. Absolutely awful day yesterday. After reading up on oral cancer (note: I have a history of big problems with health anxiety), and thinking 'I really ought to examine my tongue', I found a strange, discoloured, slightly raised patch. It could just be an ulcer, but I have no idea how long it's been there, and so, being as anxiety-ridden as it is, my mind immediately just goes 'CANCER!'. I cried for hours with fear, and it finally ended when I became too tired to go on and just went to sleep...

The reasons why I'm -6 and not -10 right now are 1) the fact that I should be getting some meds prescribed for my anxiety soon, 2) the fact that I have a dental appointment next week, and 3) the fact that I'm trying to draw comfort from the likelihood that, even if I have oral cancer, I only have symptoms that are characteristic of the early stages...

One more final left to take, and only 4 more days until vacation.

But yet today was definitely one of the most frustrating days ever. It really sucks having the world of exams being run by a bunch of Nazi idiots.

-5 I had a neurologist appointment today about my headaches and she said it might be migraine but she also told me to get a bunch of tests. I'm really worried

More stressful than it should be, god dammit.

-3. Was very tense and anxious when I got up, and ended up hitting the walls at one stage. Bit calmer now, but I have sore hands, I keep feeling horrible guilt over things I said to my boyfriend weeks ago, and I'm still worried about oral cancer...
