+2 This moment in time I'm struggling just a little bit... I remember my ex girlfriend... which was a while ago.
I wish I didn't have an attachment there... the more this kind of thing affects me, the more it feels like patient Spiritual persuits are calling out to me.
I need to relax and remember my own self.

-4 I went rollerskating and it fixed from a -10 to a -4, but I couldn't run, so it's still not a 0 or -2
