The money from NYS is irregular, and is not my SSDI.
I really think the vast oversupply of HL here (general Greater Bay Area, meaneth I) makes getting on waiting lists, get even decent Social Service types to get you something major, etc. difficult. I am on some Section 8 waiting list, which I have mentioned, for here and Hollister. " Daniel " was the owner?? of the Patterson place, and I believe I paid " full retail " for the move up. It was no " favor ". Yes, I have thought that movers would be needed, when I can move things out of the SC storage place.
My hobbled-ness, BTW, REALLY slows me down (wish I could do the " Blackened letters " bit)! Even if I can go somewhere, it takes me a LONG TIME!
I was not asking for grooming and toileting ~ and Ezra seemed to interpret my comment about my lack of computer competence and knowing what to do as saying that I was as lacking in gripping things ability as he has described himself as being, or worse. Ezra seems to ignore the reality of money ~ He went at me for getting storage after the NYS money came in (and I was out of that nursing place, which I went out from sans permission too much, I suppose ~ But I'dve had no clothes, etc., if I'd followed their rules strictly, but anyway ~ they had a curfew ~ I was able go out more readily after them!! !! !! !! !

AS I said, I rather put the Horace Greeley address aside when I got it in the very late summer, IIRC, etc. and then I went to Patterson directly and came back and a rather sh***y immediate aftermath 
- and time passed, I was distracted ~ And, I think a new person-I-had-to-contact came in. Writing Robin again later, he diod not have the address anymore.
If I had the relevant name/address again, I could work up to writing again ~ If maybe only as a " for what could have been "

Yes, I have rather put the college/uni concept on the back burner ~ Though Ezra took out against me for saying that . Since 2018, with my increased pain, and the later worse official diagnoses ~ Yeah, rather back burner. Isn't, I say self-pityingly/melodramatically, the kind of " growing up and being responsible and giving up your dreams " that some, " some of you ", anyway, presumably WANT!?!? Even in my 6 months recently back in SF, I had pret. much b-bd the CCSF idea) - At the most optimistic, when I think I could first-go-to-cc-then-uni ...Well, I would of course need a massive improvement in eye health - and in computer skills and at hand!! !! !! ! Now, that thing that I referred to as a " windfall " but has been blocked now , I thought I WOULD apply monet from it to needed things ~ Frankly, perhaps including the first/last, decent furniture, eyc. for a place (Even " if ", from a more pessimistic way of mind ~ It might be my last yearish? Yeah, maybe so.). I would also like, and am building up to try one real, last, time, to get that money/interests (including ongoing payments) that my mother left to me ND MY SUPREMELY LYING, sh***y, COUSINS STOLE FROM ME.

.I have had Virgin Mobile for years and it has rarely given me trouble. I am on the $35 per month plan. It has a data limit though. Meaning if you stream too much it gets used up and they slow my connection speed. But it is good for reading stuff and forum use.

.For non-prescription glasses...I use them. I am wearing one now. I have more than one. I know that I have mentioned this! Thank you for the thought, though. I buy more expensive Foster Grants, they're more durable. Especially now that I'm back in SC, it's Walgreens' again and again, the main store downtown - 2.00.
Yeah I think if you can get a storage unit. Go all over buying all kinds of stuff you don't need. And go back and forth to it to put all that stuff in the unit..... You could have made a single trip somewhere to get some eyeglasses.
People should wash their hands of helping you, as you put it, because most times you are rude to them in response.
Basically telling them their suggestions are stupid and trying to make them feel guilty for suggesting whatever because of your "handicappedness

I sense that he feels like he's sort of "selling out" if he "plays nice" with social workers. He doesn't quite trust them.
I don't know this to be sure---but I sense this is what happens.
I suppose I should research this a little more----pertaining to apartments for people with chronic diseases. Or for people on dialysis in California.
I would imagine social workers get the same
guy people here who try to help him get.

...Ad for the storage place, it's far enough away that it is rather an effort to get to it - I don't think planning on going there in the morning and in the late afternoon again is something to do - It's considerable/a bit of effort to get there. ad well. they're only open 9-10 hours a day and.I'd maybe seem too " homeless " going there a lot. No, there are no electric plugs, water, or bathrooms there. I daresayIt's the Public Storage chain) they don't want things that would make it easy for people to set up home there.
Apart from the handjcappedness, my having to carry my stuff that I do carry around contributed to my slowness in getting around . And, people DO, though I got dramatic before. tend to give me advice and then, if I say anything other than " Yes Dir! Yes Mam'n! You are absolutely perfect. have given me wonderful, perfect, advice as if straight from the lips of Abraham or Budda, and I will carry it out now 100%! !! !! !! !! YASSA! "

I got banned from the Sally Army just for tonight for an argument 2ith someone. I can go back too-morrow. I guess I will strain the patience of the hospital emergency room tonite. I do have the excuse, aside from the usual, of the crutch I have using being in a state of falling apart, the center handle having fell off.
One thing I am trying to set up hanging around Santa Cruz is some legal help regarding the two blocked sources of money I mentioned...what J called the " windfall " and the ongoing interest payments and la d interest my sh***y cousins stole away from me

By " eye health " I meant glasses - and my eye's general health. There's floaters in the left one , and, in 2018 I kept seeing an eye doctor here in SC who kept examining me, wondering whether he should call for an eye operation - which would have been at the San Jose hospital hospital, not here's, so presumably plenty deep/specialized . He kept being on the bubble about it. I am uncertain about the status of my Medical/-Care/-Aid insurance now I want to find out what is covered noe and what. if it can, should be improved.

" - some folks get.testy. You have a history of pleading for help here and then being rude to the people who try to help you. Everything you have written about going places to buy things, store things and eat at various food places and being on the move in general contradicts you being too crippled up and lacking transportation to make a one time trip to get some eyeglasses. When you keep pleading for help and then do nothing with the help people give you, you are just wasting people's time and do not come off as serious despite all the drama you pour into it.

One to get the exam for the prescription and then another to pick up the glasses when they are ready. If you're venting/blogging, sorry I keep posting unwanted advice. Take care.
He goes to the ER for overnight stays on a regular basis.

.You write about going out to places to buy stuff and get stuff done all the time. Then you say you are unable to go anywhere.
You go to the store optometrist and look into that contraption while the guy flips lenses back and forth asking which works best and then he writes out a prescription. You then walk around the corner, choose a set of frames and hand those and the prescription to someone at the counter. They diddle around for a few minutes and then say come back and get your eyeglasses in a couple of weeks. That's how getting eyeglasses at Target works. Their exams run $49-$79. Their reasonably priced frames (including lenses) run about the same. But I often see bargain frames and ones on sale for less.
I have been around many other significantly disabled people my entire life, I know how things are and work along those lines.
