Grisha, you may have difficulties in person-to-person interaction (pot, kettle?), but you are not a social ret*d here. I've seen you comfort people, I've seen you sidestep thorny things, I've seen you be polite, and I've seen you be unfailingly encouraging, even when there's no tangible call for encouragement. Not nearly as ret*d as you think.
