well -10 like yesterday except now I am sick to so I can't smoke a ciggerette....well at least I shouldn't but I might anyways.

Have you tried a brisk walk or run in the park? Many say it helps. The cardio plus being in whatever version of nature is close enough always helps me.

Me too.

I think I'm getting increasingly worse. I'm just so fed up with this loneliness. I'm thinking about having alcohol for a third day in a row, right now... I wonder if that'd be okay to do, or if it'd risk me to start getting addicted.

I wish I had tons of candy. :/

-10. I feel like throwing up because I am doing so horribly. Eating the apple pie didn't make me feel any better, mentally. I hate having to eat.

I do NOT belong in this world. I should kill myself, right now. Of course, I won't. I wonder if I will have terrible anxiety, when I finally exit this junk existence. Or will I be apathetic, feeling nothing? I hate this, I hate it so fùcking much. I have nothing to look forward to. Nothing.

I'm no doctor, but I suspect a depressant like alcohol is not helpful when you are depressed. Caffeine, chocolate, and exercise would be my prescription. Live long and prosper.
