Exercise, force yourself to do things that improve your mood (mine was cleaning my apartment), try not to indulge in negative/defeatist thoughts, in my case: suspend all attempts to date until I'm in a better position to cope with rejection.

I know this is the wrong thread for this, but I've lost the ability to enjoy anything I've got no job or a hope for finding one, I'm in disability limbo,(cant stand or walk more than 15-20minutes) not to mention being fired for my disability illegally and still fighting that (3 yrs now) I gave up on dating 8yrs ago. "friends" dont call, no family, a dumbazz kid for a shrink, that cant even say Asperger the right way.and had to look it up, and possibly having ALS. not to mention about to loose my house.
there isnt even anything good to watch on tv.............
