-9, it was a -10 because I have 13 ulcers in my mouth, making me nonverbal and unable to swallow solid food. But then I had some nice hot soup, so plus 1. I still feel like crap though.

Incredibly frustrated with the fact that we're the ONLY ones willing to help and with the situation in general. -5

Told people 10 years ago that this situation was coming and we needed to get together and figure out how to pre-empt it.

Told people 5 years ago that this situation was probably inevitable and we needed to get together and figure out how to plan for it.

Nobody listened. I didn't know how to say it so that they would want to hear.

Now this situation has materialized and we have to DEAL WITH IT!! !

If I were NT, I would have been able to figure out how to get them to listen, right???

And other fantasies.

Like, if I'd made the most of my AS, I'd have a $70K a year job and between DH and me we'd be able to wave a magic pen and make the situation go away.

Fantasies.

I hope to god i can get back on some anti-depressants soon. This has been a s**t couple of weeks. I feel like I'm under a tonne of rocks.
