Since the office messed up the scheduling, I now have TWO psychiatric appointments tomorrow. Right after a blood transfusion in the morning. (That sounds wierd and creepy...TMI?)

when it happens to me I usually have one action, idea or thing I had said or done a long time ago runt through my head over and over again something I can't change, and it just ends up eating at me all day making me unhappy.

Not sure exactly but It's four in the morning and I'm still not tired......uhh maybe I will try to get a couple hours of sleep though, haven't decided. I realise sleep deprivation is probably not the best idea right now, it will only make certain things I've been noticing lately worse I am not going into detail because it embarrasses me.
