Sorry for the outburst. It's just-- I know it's self-pity (and that makes me madder) but it's also a sincere question.

Nothing beats waking up Monday morning with an escalation from mild to moderate depression.

I feel kind of like I've been crying but I have NOT been at all; I feel kind of like I've been depressed or upset about something but I'm not. Nothing at all happened so for today & I do not feel upset. I did not sleep well last night thou, I was very unconformable, I tossed & turned a lot cuz I hated sleeping alone but that's kind of typical for me thou it was a little better for about a week till last night. I 'm having bad sinus problems today & blowing my nose a lot & some when I was trying to sleep last night so maybe that has something to do with it. I'm sure I'll be in a better mood later unless something happens which probably won't. I'm not in a bad mood thou rite now but I'm not sure what number I am. Maybe I'm just lonely cuz I really wish I had someone to be affectionate with & be there for me rite now

+2, I will probably hang out with someone who thus far is very interesting on friday so I am kinda looking forward to that but kind of anxious about it to.

two and a half. my cat died a month ago and i feel numb. i feel anxiety when i think about my nieces and brother like something is going to happen to them. and my environment is too loud for my aspie taste. too crowded, too. and my bank account is down to zero. oh, and i don't like my job - or my age.... and there are things i wanted to do and probably will never be able to do them...

0, bored. I have nothing to do at all.

uhh what's even the point....today is not one of my good days, feel like I'd be better off dead. That might sound extreme but how I feel today combined with the fact I have around 1,000 dollars left provided my dad pays me back 500 he owes cause I loaned it to him and once that's gone I'm flat broke and no one has to give a damn about me kinda has me a little worried.

I mean if things go how they usually go in life I share what I have with people when I have it and then when I have nothing most people seem to develop a 'well it was fun hanging out when you had money but now you suck.' attitude and of course certainly have no desire to do anything at all in return ever. I wont say why else this going flat broke thing bothers me because I'm not in the mood for another lecture about what I should not be doing.
