I guess I'd be a 4. I'm feeling mostly OK but with a hint of sadness and I'm a bit worried that my Dad is taking a long time to pick me up.

There's a bit of a mix going on.

+3 on one thing and -7 on another. Adding them together just doesn't seem to cut it as the +3 seems to rein mostly in my thoughts.

-3. Got some bad news today at work. Found out a big grant proposal I spent a lot of time on got rejected, the day before our Board is going to make decisions about which programs to axe, due to lack of funding. Perfect!
