I feel the same. I'm coming down from one panic/depression attack and then heading straight into another one on repeat, it seems. I'm sorry that you feel this way and hope you feel better soon. I don't know if discussing what's bothering you might help you, maybe making a thread about it?

Today at Target a older gentleman was in line in front of me, he had a lot of items so he kindly let me go in front of him since I only had three items, I did. However what's eating me up is that I didn't thank the man for letting me skip him, I wanted to (I had a couple of seconds to do this) but I couldn't pull the trigger.

My social anxiety or just lousy social skills prevented me from giving thanks to this NT's act of kindness, I HATE MY LIFE!

I had a bad day of top of this social screw up, one of the few times I hope this stranger noticed I have a disability and gave me the benefit of the doubt.

I've been on a pretty good streak lately in terms of my mood, and my anxiety's been pretty low as well. I've also been smiling a lot with genuine feeling behind it (a biggie for me), so all in all, things are going ok right now.
I just hope I don't come crashing down again as I sometimes do after a streak like this; I want to maintain these good times.
