-5, I did something to my ankle...and it hurts too much to walk on it, I really hope its something that doesn't need professional treatment but yeah I honestly don't even know what the hell I did to it...its not even swollen or bruised

I only managed about 4.5 hours sleep. I couldn't fall asleep again. I made myself breakfast and logged on here. I have to work for 10 hours starting at half past 8. Fun.

The nightmares of past traumatic events are really starting to get to me. And all the darn noise and sensory overloads and people and worries and question and just meh. Sometimes i just get really upset with life, if they ever decide to brainwash me then i wil certainly put my signature down for it.
