I'm about a 5 or 4.5 right now. I took a xanax and it really helped me earlier today, recovered from a very bad panic attack and I've been very mellow since. Just uploading youtube documentary backups to my image bucket account.

I am about a 4...maybe 3. I haven't truly felt or allowed myself to feel joy in a very long time (7+ years) No ones fault but my own.

I did too, and it caused me to sleep in way too late and I feel a bit like crap. Despite not quite remembering what the dream was about, it left me with a feeling of doom and gloom that I can't shake off.

I think I'm maybe a 2.5, but I'm not sure I can go much higher today.

I've been stressed for about a fortnight from work (having to go to ACAS, to sort my boss out for discrimination) and I've been stimming for almost the entire fortnight.

I took some rescue remedy drops, but it turns out it has alcohol in it, and I can't have alcohol (I'm a Latter-Day Saint) and my problem there is that I was so desperate for something to calm me down that I took it knowing that it contained alcohol. LDS people please message me concerning this, I would really like to know if I have to talk to my Bishop....
