Feeling better about the whole diagnosis situation, having finally found a doctor who can refer me to the right people, and feeling like I have a future in front of me (for the first time in a few years)

Unfortunately, the tonsillitis that I appear to have has been getting worse, despite antibiotics, and I will soon be needing a blood test to check for glandular fever.

Been sleeping a lot and having some very vivid dreams about the nicer aspects of my past, and badly missing various people who I will likely never see again (mostly deaths and moving on to other places in the world). More than that, I'm missing the house and area I spent the first 21 years of my life in, even though I wouldn't want to go back due to not liking certain gossipy clique aspects of the local community.

So, feeling very ill and nostalgic, but feeling better emotionally.

I'm really glad you're safe; I was worried. I'd never heard of anemia-induced depression. I guess that's added incentive to do a better job of watching my own iron counts, since I tend to have some issues there, too. Hope you start to feel better soon.

it can cause mind foggyness and severe fatigue which coupled with any other issues like aspergers and eating disorders can flip into suicidal idiology. I have been sleeping a lot today and i have decided to take a break from nearly all real life friendships due to how draining i find them. Except my boyfriend of course.

I am a solid -4 today. still hating myself but i am getting my kids back today so i will feel much better when that occurs

-5 PTSD symptoms are really getting to me today....so my goal today is to try not to get triggered and if I do try and stay as calm as possible or at least not damage anything(If I must I guess I'll go outside and scream and beat the crap out of a tree with another tree or something). Dammit I was looking forward to stressing myself out trying to find other mental health resources, today....I know I have an irrational urge to avoid that.
