My friend came to visit me after 4 years. First person that asked to visit me after 4 years. :D And we could talk for 2 hours. And even though my food exploded in the oven, it was still edible and delightful. I need to get some cooking books tho :)

I have been wrongfully accused and punished at my school and not one person has bothered to hear my side of the story and no one gives a f**k that it is all a misunderstanding over something I said which was taken the wrong way, it made sense to my Aspie brain.

-10 horrible, the only reason I am not seriously contemplating suicide at the moment is I don't want my sister, mom and brother to walk in on a dead corpse later.

More an accumulation of all kinds of specific things...I have calmed down some though, or maybe that is an effect of hitting my head against the wall in frustration, yet again...but once the initial numbness wears off I'm probably just going to have a headache. I probably shouldn't do that and I don't blame my brain if it hates me.

You could damage your brain so it's not a safe thing to do really

I tend to eat, go online, read or watch TV to take my mind off bad things
