0 I feel like 'What the f*** just happened' because my brain decided to attack me with a flashback to something unpleasant. But one of the sort where I'm trapped just sitting there feeling all unpleasant like.....can't decide which I hate more random brain induced fight or flight or random brain induced sit there and feel intense anxiety. It would be -10 but i am really numb now so I can't feel much of anything.

+5.... tired, lethargic... almost didn't care that my supervisor called me in for a private meeting to sing my praises and thanks for a job well done.
AND I got a phone call from my beloved son - the first in weeks!

I should be on cloud nine... but I'm just so tired...

I feel pretty decent about a lot of things, but the pain in my foot that my patronizing doctor(s) keeps making light of is driving me up a wall. I limp like an oldschool pimp with gout and broken toes. It even hurts when I'm standing still or sitting down or laying in bed, and now it's not just an ache but a feeling of sharp splinters in the joints.
