-6... the emotional rollercoaster of highs & lows crashed me - I had to leave work early today due to total shutdown and temper rising.

+2 beer is good 8) but earlier when I was at my moms house I almost punched her boyfriend in the face I had to redirect the rage to the box and mail sitting on the shelf next to him and focus on 'crap, don't want to go to jail'. And I am so screwed up I honestly don't know if he's more of a problem being there or if I am. Either way I'm doing what I can it probably involves the psych ward no matter how I slice it but people will probably have crap to say about that to.


I mean even when I tried explaining why I was so irritable and on edge he had to be a jerk and say something like 'well fine, then at least don't be a hindrance. So I told him F*** You! but yeah I am trying as hard as I can not to cause problems or add to problems but I clearly fail at that.

-1 I can't give in...screw it why wont it just collapse already already broken inside so f*** it what's next huh world? what's next? I want to know so screw it I will express how I feel and suffer the consequences I am sick of waiting around for proper help while my mental state deteriorates due to stupid selfish famly members who wont stand up for themselves and kick out their boyfriend for being a ******* a**hole.

I'm sad because I lost a friend today and there is nothing I can do to repair it. There were a number of things happening yesterday too. which all felt great but now it felt like they were petting me like a dog.
