-7 today... haven't slept well in weeks, even on weekends off. The constant threat of being fired has me stressed to almost constant shutdown. I don't fear paying the bills - I just hate the constant extreme stress.

It's been like a roller coaster. Started the day yesterday at 5 , then it dropped to like.. -10 after talking to someone and dealing with something, then back up to like +10 talking to someone else who helped, then back to 5, now back to -10 again.
