7: After just a month of eating gluten free and taking high doses of vitamin D supplements, I feel like an ancient entity waking up from a quarter century of hibernation. Still a little groggy, but quite content with this strong body and mind that are finally waking up. This is probably the first time I've ever felt consistently alive and whole in my life... which makes me wonder if I've been poisoned malnourished, weak, sickly, cranky and docile since I was small by something so simple as a protein in grains. Stupid tasty gluten products and you're domination over most western dining! >_>

+2. Probably the first time I'm feeling a bit decent this month without alcohol.

I'd say a 7. Still learning the ways of the world as I sink comfortably into maturity.

-1 The holidays approach along with the drama. My husband feels snubbed by his mom, and I feel bad that he's hurt.

6. My husband deployed less than a week ago, so I am missing him very much and my daughter is having a hard time adjusting, which is also hard on me. Otherwise, everything is going fairly well. I'm doing a 5K tomorrow morning, though it's only going to be 13 degrees-- yikes!

2 - Having problems with my Stepfather, broken up with someone and I've just been told about something that happened to one of my friends...
It would've been a 1 but I'm in a place away from most of my problems, even if that place is my (horrible) school.

-8 money issues as weather changes utility cost go up.

anxiety, fear,....I'd say more but it would be too personal. I can't think straight enough at the moment to even write a detailed post about it to begin with.
