Let's see if we can figure out some life skills for being bored.

What do you like? Just a list of words, doesn't need to make sense, just keep going as fast as you can, see what comes.

you don't have to have full bouncy balls to have fun- there are the movies and arcades, racing go-carts or something. Even going out to feed ducks at a park- though it may be too late at night for that. Do you do any type of art?

Everybody's terrible at it. Don't let that stop you - the trick is to enjoy things for themselves, not for their approval value.

I don't draw any more, but you remind me that I like it very much, should get back to it.

Did you ever look at the proportions of a human face?

-Just take a pen and hold it vertically from your hairline past your nose to your chin.

- Now move it to the right so it rests on your nostril - notice it touches the start of
your eyebrow and outside of your mouth, also outside of chin

- Put pen horizontally at top of nose, notice eyebrows above pen, also ears below.

- Move pen to cross mouth, notice it touches bottom of ear.

And so on. There are many more proportions in the face - and we can tell each other apart by the smallest variation in measurements - a millimeter here and there.

it sort of interests me. I want to draw anime and other drawings but even studying art manuals I cant get it.

I have manga drawing books- I love them! The thing about learning to draw is that it takes a lot of practice, even for some who seem to have a talent for it. The face and body are a series of circles and tubes. If start with a stick, you put circles where the joints are then flesh out the parts from there. It takes a while to make all of that look like a real person, but if you try to enjoy the process it wont be tedious to get to the end result. You could try unnaturally proportioned cartoon characters too- there is no need to be perfect with those, and it is fun. You can make them do and say funny things too.

I just thought of somthing. maby the reason they have me go to the srink is cause they think that I am mentally unstable and that is why they havent come for me. is cause I am not a threat but I have mental issues. maby I am not going to prison for the rest of my life meby they are showing mercy.

Well it is a more positive way of thinking about it, so I'll take it. If that makes you feel more safe it is a good thing. Did you find a way to ease your boredom? I had a lot of work to do today so I couldn't get on here much. How was your day?

I went to my mothers place and helped her in the yard. now I am reapiing the rewards of downloading anime off anime suki

it was plesent but a little tireing. I dig some dirt but there where huge immovable rocks in the way and we have to move them somtime. it was a little boring at the end. I just hope for one of those pleasant sundays that we sit around and chat and do other stuff other than work.

just great I just heard somone say that he is already going to be convicted or jail or somthing whene I typed an email to myself to say that I was downloading unlicenced anime. is it that they really are going after me for my anime downloading? was that one of the reasons that they where after me? I wish that they would talk to me instead of this hide and say s**t so that I can hear it. I am not a bad person. I have sinned and made mistakes but i dont deserve all of this. is the fact that I downloaded anime somthing that they added to the pile to get 40 years. I know there has to be a catch for there to be 40 years, cause I just havent done enough in my entire life to get forty years worth of punishment. so it makes me think that they added a lot of things that would never be prosicuted to the bag and are really going after me for somthing. they sit outside my window saying things that I have suposedly done or mumble it at least and ramp up the quantity of years that I am supposed to spend in prison. why? why am I going to spend 40 years in prison. why? what in all my life have I done to deserve that level of sadistic punisment? I havent done anything that deservs that level of punishment. this is so not fair. at least they arnt exentuating things on the radio with a bang anymore to signify what they think of me. I just dont understand why they could do this to me. why? why can they go so far and give me forty years.

You need to call your psychiatrist or doctor and tell them that you are still hearing these voices so they can tweak your meds because if you are still hearing voices they need to increase your medicine or try a new kind.

I don't understand why you are typing the email to yourself- can you explain?

Darrell, it makes no sense that they sit outside your window and say stuff, so you must know it couldn't be happening. DId you take your medicine today? If so, were you late?

I am going to bed now, so I wont be answering again until later. Please try to pull yourself together and think about what makes sense- rules out the stuff that doesn't make sense, like people talking to you outside your window or through the radio. It is the schizophrenia talking to you, nothing else. You are going to be fine. watch some YouTube or something instead of the unlicensed stuff so you don't feel so paranoid about it- do you think that may be part of this latest panic attack? Maybe ou feel guilty about the anime you procured.

actually it is through the wall that I hear the voices of people on the other side. I dont hear voices anywhere else that I cannot attatch a face or a person exept through the wall or outiside my apartment. I have never heard voices anywhere else it upsets me. I know that they are monitoring me. I dont know why they have put so much effort into it. I dont know why they have been at it and havent put me in prison. I am scared. I want to be sick I want to have schizophrenia I want that so that I can still be free. I dont want to go to prison. I am not going to do anything bad. I feel that they are monitoring me next door because I am a threat of leaving but I am a person with a mental illness and they wont for some reason put me in prison yet. I dont understand. I want to be sick I want them to be voices but then if I beleve then theyll just put me in anyways somday and I am scared of beleving without trying to convince them not to. I am not a big threat. I am not a person who would go around and hurt somone.
