0, feeling pretty emotionless right now.

I also send big, gentle dragon hugs to sly, Marknis, and blackicmenace. It makes me sad that all of you are having such a tough time. I'm not very good with comforting words and don't know what else I could do that might actually make a difference, but you are all wonderful people and I always have lots of hugs ready and waiting for each of you.

I had a terrible nightmare before I woke up today. Someone was literally trying to kill me in it.

well, maybe it was you trying to kill you, in keeping with the wishes you express here.

At least it was only a dream.

I had a lousy dream, too. I'm relieved I woke up!

My mood is about a 4 or so. I feel pretty neutral. I wish I felt transcendent.

Got into an argument with a rude lady earlier today, but I didn't want to make a fool out of myself in front of other people who were around us.

I'm in the 4 range myself.

The tinnitus is driving me insane and I've given up on doctors entirely. If they can't see it or it doesn't impair the ability to take verbal commands then they don't appear to care at f***ing all. What about my ability to focus so I can read for my classes? This world is a f***ing joke.

I suppose you could be right. If so, it's out of character for my subconscious.

they can care all they want. there isn't much help available. the best treatment we have is using cognitive behavioral therapy so tinnitus bothers you less.
