She was basically telling me to give up on love. It's always ok for others to seek love but I get told I shouldn't. I hate it so much.

She wasn't asking you to "give up" on love.

What she was advising....is to supplement your life with other things other than the thought of finding a girlfriend.

The forecast is for less than an inch of snow. Some rain will be mixed in, too.

That’s what they said other day and we got a foot. And it’s coming down more then Monday and going snow from 5:30 until 2 pm tomorrow.

That nine-inch snowfall was highly unusual for the Eugene area. I sense you'll get an inch or so.

Of course, you never know.

But I'm hoping for the forecast to pan out for you.

It’s still snowing
And will all night.
We still have the previous snow so this one will stack on top of it making it deeper :(
No work tomorrow as buses will be running limited again :( I’ll have to call out again

My dad saying "Solo dormiendo pasa"/"[He] only passes sleeping" got my attention. Was it possible he meant me and not my brother as well?. That makes me feel insecure: lately I've been trying to adjust my sleeping habits and being currently awake at ~8:40 .a.m. is better than possibly waking up at +~1 .p.m. like last week when I wasn't sleeping until ~+3 a.m. It helps to have gone to counselling on Monday.

Looking forward to a 'Geography Now' episode on the Netherlands and repair ppl arriving in regards to a water tank.

It's always a good day to see social assistance arrive in spite of the 'month end' anxiety that I did something with ripple effects meaning it won't.
