Change can only happen if you fight for it, and not if you kill yourself, especially if you don't take anybody important with you.

What if new art were done with more adult-looking faces?
Adult comics are legal in Sweden, yes?
Seems that the legal problem is childlike faces on adult bodies....I looked up some Hentai images, and honestly, the stuff was very distasteful to me, I find binding and hurting women threatening and sick.
If the facial features were clearly adult, I would expect the government to simply categorize this material as 'Adult', to be merchandised as such.
