As long as you're not saving or downloading anything, I doubt anything would happen, even if it became illegal. Why do you think websites like thepiratebay.org (which blatantly support uploading illegal things) have had "legal threats" and yet they're still up and running doing the exact same thing they've always done? I'm not necessarily supporting illegal actions, but whenever the internet is involved, it becomes such a gray area that most people are "breaking the law" and not realizing it.

There's some hentai websites that are organized impeccably well, which may even be considered databases for its purpose. I wouldn't give the link since this is an all-ages board. But they're not that hard to find.
