i feel for ya

im currently going something very similar from the sound of it

most of the remendies never work me that or i just cant muster the energy to even bother trying the remendies

for me i know it doesnt last and with that in mind i usualy try to ride it out until it passes

i hope for u that it passes with great haste
so u can start living ur life like u want to

I recently went through a divorce and moved 3 hours away from my children. I'm isolated in my apartment with no job prospects, little contact with the outside world and nobody to really talk to.

similar and yet very different at the same time, still i hope ull beable to ride this wave in ur life out

however strong its currents maybe im sure ull beable to make it through

i won't pretend to know how you feel completely, but to an extent I can.
I struggle with a lot of the things you mentioned. I don't have any advice....just wanted to offer some support.
I'm sure you'll get it right one day because you've made it this far and you're strong and wilful, even if it doesn't seem like it right now.
