Cool I feel like sh*t.
I can't take any sort of valiam/diazapan medications. They are highly addictive. But don't give up on all medications. Seroquel has done wonders for me. For the first few weeks of taking it I was stupefied, but since then my system has gotten used to it, it actually makes my mind clearer and more rational.
Of course, it's different for everyone, and it can take a lot of trying to find the right medications and dose.

Lack of sleep and feeling strange could be the Klonopin, especially if you've recently reduced the dose. It has a long half-life and builds up in your body over time even with a low dose. I much prefer Xanax because it's out of your system quick and you can discipline yourself to not take it all the time, just when you're particularly stressed out. That way your body can cleanse it out.

I felt fine on the klonopin or so I thought, but apparently it really was not helping..but yeah I haven't taken it for 8 days since it was unprescribed. Apparently it was the wellbutrin I was prescribed that day, its not really much surprise to me that another anti-depressant didn't help and in fact made matters worse.

Yeah I am supposed to try effexor on thursday, but from what I've read about it so far on the internet(though I know not every source is completely valid) I am not so sure I want to anymore. I said I would attempt it but am skeptical it will help I mean three other anti-depressants didn't help so why should this one? I've tried prozac and it made my anxiety worse after three and a half weeks and caused other weird things I did not enjoy.
I don't know I am kind of thinking anti-depressants just aren't the way to go in my case, and I suppose I am a bit worried about taking drugs made by pharmaceutical companies but I wont go into all the reasons. I mean I probably will end up trying it anyways since I have a pill bottle full so might as well.....but I feel its against my better judgement. That's not to say such things don't help some people, but thus far I don't seem to be one of them.

In my case klonopin withdrawals didn't start until three days after I stopped taking them and lasted for more than a month. For a while it was so bad I couldn't drive because my brain just wasn't functioning due to the sleep deprivation brain fog. I was taking 1-2 mg a day for six months straight though so my body was obviously dependent after all that time.
I am currently taking effexor, have been on it a long time with no major ill effects. The only thing is if you miss a day or run out of pills there are withdrawals. Mostly I start feeling more tired than usual, get slight chills down my spine, and get these brief transient buzzy/lightheaded feelings when I turn my head or move my eyes. Also, effexor will make you feel trembly and/or slightly nauseous when the dose is too much. At least that's what it does to me. Too high a dose will make you feel worse rather than better so if that's the case try a lower dose before completely giving up. It's up to you though.

Well I guess I am starting with the smallest amount, in my opinion I don't need anymore than that...but if it goes well the first week then I can take two a day, don't know if I'd want to do that though. Also it sounds like it makes cigarettes, alcohol, caffeine and cannabis more dangerous, I have no problem laying of the alcohol for a long while but not sure about the cigarettes, cannabis and caffeine...but then again not everyone experiences issues with that apparently especially on a low dosage if what I've read about it is correct. So I guess I will find out. I am prepared for an unpleasant experience though just hope it doesn't feel like being on too much adderall like the wellbutrin did, it was very annoying with everything seeming more intense, sharper colors and shapes(only way to describe it) and nothing would stay still and I got to the point of having hardly any coordination.
